Juvenile Eagles
Spotting an adult eagle is quite easy for most with their signature snowy white heads but this takes roughly 5 years before they reach this stage. Juveniles on the other hand start out quite the opposite and slowly transition to their definitive plumage with their white heads.
Based on the below image showing the different stages, the two immature eagles I captured are roughly 2.5 years old; and very much still perfecting their skills to secure a catch from the river.
